Space Soldiers add ngiN

Space Soldiers have confirmed the addition of Engin "ngiN" Kor to their squad.

Engin "ngiN" Kor had been strongly tipped to join Space Soldiers after playing for the team as a stand-in in three different online tournaments in December.

The 22-year-old will step into the shoes of Emre "e1" Biçer, who has been released from his contract as Space Soldiers look to scale greather heights in 2016 after some mixed results last year.

The new recruit, who burst onto the competitive scene in German team Caseking Gaming, will arrive in Istanbul on Wednesday to join up with the rest of the squad at their gaming house.

"The reason we replaced e1 is merely due to his performances," team member Tugay "TuGuX" Keskin told HLTV.org. "We tried everything, but it did not work out.

"We looked around for players and we found ngiN. We have played some decent matches with him, and we are more structured and stable now.

"Besides, playing feels a lot better now, and we look forward to our upcoming matches."

Space Soldiers will be competing in the online qualifiers for the European Minor and for DreamHack Leipzig, which will be taking place in the coming days. Attending Copenhagen Games 2016, from March 23-26, is also part of the team's plans.

With these changes, Space Soldiers now have:

Tugay "TuGuX" Keskin
 Can "XANTARES" Dörtkardeş
 Çağatay "DESPE" Sedef
 Cihan "ONLY" Gönek
 Engin "ngiN" Kor
