x6tence to focus on young talent

Antonio "FlipiN" Rivas del Rey has revealed the new lineup he compiled for x6tence, fielding a crop of young players after a tumultuous ride with an international team.

After x6tence's international team failed due to poor communication and a severe lack of motivation, and after losing the last LVP final to gBots—a team lead by Óscar "mixwell" Cañellas, who had abandoned x6tence 9 days after the international roster's inception—, Antonio "FlipiN" Rivas del Rey has shifted his sights and is taking on a ragtag bunch of young players who will no doubt be benifited by the veteran's leadership.

The players were presented on Rivas del Rey's stream with a short highlight video of each of the players. The first player's name to come up on screen was that of Miguel "Blastinho" Llombart, an 18 year old explosive AWPer who has already turned some heads during his time in KIYF.

The second and third players announced were Alfredo "enanoks" Alvarez and Rajohn "EasTor" Gumi, a support player and second AWPer hailing from OverGame, both of whom were nominated to this year's trasgos de oro up and coming player of the year award (an honor awarded by a national eSports publication), which was ultimately won by BKN Atlantis's Natael "kanarito" Ródenas.

The last player to be confirmed, Aaron "nmt" Awad, is the biggest question mark, as he is fairly unknown even locally, and coveted a spot other more established youngsters would have no doubt wanted to take.

          x6tance's final five are:

Antonio "FlipiN" Rivas del Rey
Miguel "Blastinho" Llombart
Alfredo "enanoks" Alvarez
Rajohn "EasTor" Gumi
 Aaron "nmt" Awad
